PARIS/BUDAPEST, Dec 20 (Reuters) - French bank Societe Generale has agreed to sell its bank in Serbia to Hungary's OTP Bank, as SocGen continues its retreat from parts of eastern Europe while OTP gradually increases its presence in the region.
